Hello Sunil,
I picked up your appetiser book at the yoga show and read the first three chapters and was highly impressed by what you were saying and purchased a special pack of 5 for Christmas which I gave to my close friends.
Having now finished the book I now see my life in totally different ways and would like to thank you for taking the trouble to write such a brilliant book and hopefully changing my life forever.
I cannot begin to tell you what I have been through over the past few years, mother dieing suddenly, the ex running off with another man, divorce etc etc but that is all in the past.
Your book will help me immensely to be strong in the future and see life in totally different ways when perhaps the waves get a little choppy again.
If you are organising an event in the near future, I would dearly like to attend.

I found this book an excellent tool for generating self awareness about what happiness means to me. Within the book I took advantage of the practical advice to reduce my worries and concerns and it helped to set a realistic pathway towards my achievement of happiness. It is also excellent to dip into, easy to read and understand. I will look out for further books from this author.
