Sunil was brought up in India; a significant part of which was at a special residential school where yoga and meditation was a part of everyday life. Academic success took him to Europe where he gained a First class degree from the prestigious Durham University in the UK, along with a number of awards for outstanding performance. He then went on to complete a PhD in Artificial Intelligence three years later.
| Driven by a spirit of freedom and adventure he set up and ran his own software company for over ten years, writing software for major international corporations. In 2000 his company was awarded a Deloitte and Touche Fast 50 award for fast growth. |

Success however felt hollow; two years later he was to wind up the company. A quest for a deeper understanding of life had been awakened. He studied original Indian texts on philosophy, psychology, personal development and health. These together represented thousands of man years of study into life, the human mind and the cause of fear, confusion and dissatisfaction in life. Concepts and ideas, on their own, however would not suffice. Sunil applied the concepts to his own life to make them real.

He took to advanced practice of yoga and meditation, including yoga training from Swami Ramdevji Maharaj in India. What he discovered was no less than a complete science for happiness and wellbeing, including the important role that work plays in this. His findings are both fascinating and inspiring. |
Sunil is dedicated to inspiring, guiding and supporting people find happiness, fulfilment and wellbeing, focusing on a practical approach to dealing with the challenges of modern day living. He is also a qualified professional life coach and works with entrepreneurs, leaders and celebrities. Sunil has recently accepted the position of committee president of the Scottish arm of the charitable yoga organisation Patanjali Yog Peeth (UK).
